Transferring bun2nix to nix-community

Hi everyone,

I'm the author of bun2nix, a tool for bundling bun projects with nix (which is currently the only way to do so until some draft PRs make their way into nixpkgs). I recently released a v2 of the project with improved dependency resolution (among other things), and I believe it's now in a good enough state to where it would be better off under an actual organization like nix-community.

I'm happy to stay as the maintainer, I mainly believe it would be a more permanent solution in terms of less likely to change flake URL references for downstream projects.

After the repo is transferred I'll restore you permissions on the repo, github usually downgrades them during the transfer.
