TDD guard installer for python projects

I don't know who needs this, but I manage a plethora of micro services at my job. After testing TTD guard, and being very impressed by it, I decided to integrate it into my development workflow. I generated custom instructions based on this repositories guidance, and was about to copy paste them into each of my projects. Then realised it would be a total pain in the arse to do manually. So I've created a wizard that will do this for me.
