Add "bleed time" to start and end of recordings #42
Description
Some audio loggers (such as PlayIt Recorder) have the option to add a certain number of minutes to the start and end of each hour. This is useful at a community radio station, where presenters want to take the recording of their show from the audio logs. Bleed time ensures the recording hasn't missed any of the start/end of their show, and they can simply trim to the desired length.
