Create prepare release documentation

We could add a Releases section to the docs and just have one page that we update with each release?

I personally like how Bun displays their release notes. Its within their website and within a Blog section: https://bun.sh/blog
They have the version linked to the version in GitHub as well.

A Release section would probably be sufficient for now.
