Notification at random times in a time range

Current feature

Right now if a user wants to have reminders he needs to set up notifications at a specific time. This is excelent and reminds the user to log his feelings at that point in time.
If a user wants to put notifications at specific points in time (eg. before work, lunch times, before going to bed...) he can log how it feels in those moments.

Feature request

Possibility to set up a number of notifications that could be raised at random points in time between a certain time range.

Example

Set up to receive 5 notifications between 09:00 and 18:00 at random points in time.

Why?

It is useful to be reminded to log one's feelings not only when one expects it (when the fixed time notifications have already been set up) but also at other random moments in time.

I am a developer myself although not familiar with the Ionic framework.
If the feature idea sounds interesting and there are some best practices for contributing, i could try to implement it myself.
