Migration WorkItem Azure Devops

Hi all,
I'm having trouble migrating workItems from one AzureDevOps organization to another.
the result of the logs is:

It looks like there was an issue loading the Area & Iteration paths from your environment. Are you running an English language version?

The most likely cause here is the language of the TFS version in use.
