Can we combine two fields into one?

Looking at using this tool.
We have created an inherited Agile process.
We have created 4 custom fields under the User Story work item
Under User Story we have fields:
As a
I need
So that
Acceptance Criteria

and we hid the default Acceptance Criteria.

Now, what I want to do is move stuff from the default Acceptance Criteria field to the new Acceptance Criteria
Is that possible with this tool?

If there was already stuff in the new Acceptance Criteria field then i want to concatenate the default Acceptance Criteria field, can that be done?
