some of realted work doesnt migrate

thanks alot for your tools that's the best useful tools I've worked.

last week I start to migrate a group of Work Items from an old Project to a new project in Azure DevOps Servers
all of the Related Work of Work items are migrated for each Item except some of those that related to the work items in the destination project don't link after migrate
is that normal or something is not correct

It will only create linked to work items that exist, and that are in the same project,.
