Migrate N Team Projects at the same time?

Is posible to migrate N Team Projects from XML Collection to N target Team Projects on a inheritance Collection, or is neccesary migrate Team project by Team project (one by one)?

You migrate work items or other assets.

The environment is On Premise Azure DevOps Server

I would certainly recommend moving your collection into Azure DevOps Service to get access to all of the latest features and updates.
