AllowCrossProjectLinking is not working

I have scenario where i need to migrate 2 projects which belongs to same organization into the different organization. These Project 1 and Project 2 are having linking between them.

First i have migrated Project 1 with AllowCrossProjectLinking set as True but the cross linking didn't happen. After the migration only links are migrated which belongs to Project 1 and Project 2 links are not migrated.

Cross-project linking does not work across organisations. This is why when you migrate Org A: Project 1 to Org B: Project 1 the links are not generated.

I would expect that when you Migrate Org A: Project 2 to Org B: Project 2 that any links from Org A: Project 2 to Org A: Project 1 will be added from Org B: Project 2 to Org B: Project 1!
