Test Plans migration steps from one collection to another

Hello! What is the correct sequence for moving Test Plans/Suites from one collection to the other?
I believe work items would have to be migrated first. Anything else to pay attention to?
Please direct me to a post/documentation on this process, if any.

1. Migrate Work Items (including Test Cases but excluding Plans and Suits)
2. TestConfigurationsMigrationContext, run only once
3. TestVariablesMigrationContext, run only once
4. TestPlansAndSuitesMigrationContext
