Migrate few Pipelines out of many

Hi,
We do have a requirement to migrate 30 pipelines out 374.
How do I tweak the json file to specific the ones that I need to migrate.

Not yet, i initially planned it and added the configuration option but it won't get respected yet.

It shouldn't be complicated to implement that tho since all the prep is done.

I am trying to specify the pipelines to migrate, and I am getting the following error:
[18:38:05 FTL] Your configuration file is malformed and cant be loaded!
[18:38:05 ERR] Error converting value "'LeaseController-CI','LeaseController-Codebase-Upgrade-CI'" to type 'System.Collections.Generic.List`1[System.String]'. Path 'Processors[0].BuildPipelines', line 14, position 86.
[18:38:05 ERR] How to Solve: Malformed Json is usually a result of editing errors. Validate that your .\configurationPipeSelectGood2.json is valid Json!
[18:38:05 INF] Application is shutting down...

As per the error this is not well formed JSON!

"BuildPipelines": "['LeaseController-CI','LeaseController-Codebase-Upgrade-CI']",

It should probably, based on the JSON specification look more like:

"BuildPipelines": [ { "LeaseController-CI" ,"LeaseController-Codebase-Upgrade-CI" } ],

I hand crafted this from memory so it may not be right.

Copy the format of one of the other lists in the docs.
