NodeStructuresMigrationConfig not found

I am trying to run ADO migrations but I get the error "There are 1 AreaPaths found in the history of the Source that are missing from the Target. These Must be added or mapped with a fieldMap before we can continue". In the Video it is said that we should first run the NodeStructuresMigrationConfig, however, this is not found in the current version of the tool. I'm using version 13.0.5
