Fixing HTML field attachments for work items

Hi friends.

I´m running Migration Tools for Azure DevOps Service version 13.0.5.0.

If I configure FixHtmlAttachmentLinks parameter to "true", Work Items and images in Comments section don´t migrate to target Organization and I can read this in logs:

But, If I configure FixHtmlAttachmentLinks parameter to "false", worst. Work Items don´t migrate to target ORG:
