Can I use this tool to migrate inherited process template from one cloud Azure DevOps org to another org?

For some reason we sometimes get into the situation when we have to do work in the Azure DevOps org, different from our main one. And because we use heavily customized inherited process template, it would be helpful if it would be possible to copy the whole template to the new org. There is an Azure DevOps REST API but I thought this tool would be friendlier.
I do not see exact examples though showing that this is possible.

What versions of Azure DevOps & TFS do you support?

• Work Item Migration Supports all versions of TFS 2013+ and all versions of Azure DevOps (Many tools also work back to TFS 2010 but are not supported)
• You can move from any Tfs/AzureDevOps source to any Tfs/AzureDevOps target
• Process Template migration only supports XML based Projects

Thanks for the reply. Though documentation explicitly says "Process Template migration only supports XML based Projects". So it is NOT my case as I need to migrate inherited process template in the cloud based Azure DevOps org. Can you confirm?
