How to migrate ignoring areas and iterations?

I'd like to move all items of a certain area to a new org. In the new org we don't need iterations so I'd like to remove them/replace them with a static value.

I tried:

but neither worked. How can I just map the old area to a the new one and all the old iterations to a single new one.
