Moving a TeamProject folder to a new TeamProject

Does this tool allow you to move a folder from a TFS TeamProject to a new TFS TeamProject? We badly need to split our big TeamProject into some new TeamProjects.

Will the history of changes be maintained?

Its really not clear what you are talking about. There are no folders in Work Item Tracking (the focus of this tool) and it sounds like you are talking about source code, but then you say TFS instead of TFVC.

• Are you talking about Team Foundation Version Control (TFVC) source code files?
• Are you talking about Work Item(s)?

This is very much the wrong approach to the problem and I recommend that you get in touch with a specialist to help you! @danielmann and I are specialists, as we would need to really understand the outcome that you are trying to achieve rather than just the mechanics you have described.

There are no tools for splitting TFVC repository folders into multiple folders while preserving history. There are tools for migrating the whole TFVC to another repo.
