'Unable to configure store' / Unauthorized error when attempting migration

Hi all, I had this previously working fine, but while trying a new migration I now get the following error:

Unable to configure store
Microsoft.TeamFoundation.TeamFoundationServerUnauthorizedException: TF30063: You are not authorized to access https://xxxx.visualstudio.com/. ---> System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

I have tried both "Prompt" and "AccessToken" and both return the same error. I tried reinstalling the migration tool, still have the same issue.

Below is my config file, any help appreciated, my only other solution is to spin up a new VM and start again!:

As an update to this, I installed from scratch and used the same config file. It works ok? Is it something to do with credentials cache?

It could be something to do with Creds cache... but not if you use PAT.
