Can we migrate the "tip" first pass and then migrate revisions later?
first run
ReplayRevisions = false

second run
ReplayRevisions = true
FilterWorkItemsThatAlreadyExistInTarget=false

Question 2
The documentation states this:
"You can choose to migrate the tip only (a single write) or all of the revisions (many writes). If you are setting this to false to migrate only the tip then you should set BuildFieldTable to true."

I don't see a 'BuildFieldTable'. Where is that get set and what is it for?
