Attachment Dates appear to include the date of migration rather than actual date of upload

When enabling AttachmentMigration and ReplayRevisions in the WorkItemMigrationContext processor, the attachments come over on the migrated work item. However, the Date Attached reflects the date of the migration instead of matching the Date Attached on the original item. Is this something that can be fixed?

I don't believe there is any way to override the date on the attachment.
