TFVC migration

I wanna know if is it possible to migrate TFVC from collection A to B with your tools.
and if it's possible when I migrate it I'll have my history of codes or not?

I imagine it's not possible to migrate TFVC with your current version of your tools
I know it's open source so, can I change it and do that? I ask about the potential of your tools its possible or not?
