Not all workitems are Migrated

While migrating, it is not migrating all the work items. looks like the configuration I have is not migrating the closed work items and also the Backlogs. Kindly help me to have configuration that should migrate every work item from the TFS to ADO and also ADO to ADO.

Your Query above explicitly excluded closed items.

Usually if items are missing from a Backlog it is due to the configuration of the backlog. You may need to Define area paths and assign to a team

@radhiam this tool is for advanced users of Azure DevOps and its API's. I have already suggested modifications to your config above that have been ignored. In this case you need to change the WIQLQueryBit to be a valid WIQL query that does not exclude closed items. Removing AND [Microsoft.VSTS.Common.ClosedDate] = '' would suffice do what you need.
