Will this tool work with TFS 2017?

I'm trying to migrate from TFS 2017 to Azure DevOps. Microsoft's migration documentation suggests last two latest version of TFS. but can we use nkdagility for TFS 2017 migration to azureDevOps?

Its not very clear,

Work Item Migration Supports all versions of TFS 2013+ and all versions of Azure DevOps
You can move from any Tfs/AzureDevOps source to any Tfs/AzureDevOps target.
Process Template migration only supports XML based Projects

Since TFS 2017 is greater than TFS 2013 then we support it
