Should the work item's "Title" in source and/or in the target needs to be unique in order for the tool to migrate it?

Hi Team!
I've successfully migrated work items from one org to another. (Thank you @MrHinsh for building this tool!) But there were 2 user stories in the source that have the same Title that were not migrated. My question is, for all work items types, do the Titles need to be unique on the source as well as on the target?

For Test Plans & Suits: Yes.
