Option not to migrate Tags

Is there a configuration option not to migrate Tags. Hence not create a Tag definition?

No there is not specifically. Tags are stored in a delimited string and are migrated like any other text field.

You can, however use the RegexFieldMap to manipulate that field.

I recommend using https://regex101.com/ and a little ChatGTP to create regex!
