Error : Path is not correctly formatted

Hello, I just installed the migration tool in version 14.4.1, and I have two Azure devops projects (from the same organization) identical at the node structure level. I've done the basic setup and I'm getting this error "System.ArgumentException: TF200005: The following path is not correctly formatted: tembo_migration_sandbox.
Parameter name: nodePath" which I don't understand. Can someone help me please.

We have a bug, and it's addressed by #1845 and will be in v14.4.3
