AzureDevOpsPipelineProcessorOptions throwing an error

I am working on migrating pipelines from one azure devops organization to another azure devops organization, I am getting the below error.

Hello,
I have encountered similar issue regarding pipelines' migration. I have a project with 277 pipelines and several task groups. Task groups seem to be migrated successfully in most cases, but I am not able to migrate any of the pipelines. During migration of the first pipeline I've received below error message:

I have tried with 15.0.0 Release and newest preview 357. The issue is the same for both cases. Should I use some other version of the tool to make it work?
