Can Migration Tool Overwrite or Modify item even if their ReflectedWorkItemId is not set? #1920

In our scenario, the TARGET already contains data. The question arises: can the migration tool overwrite or modify the TARGET-items even if their ReflectedWorkItemId is not set? We need to know this in order to prevent loss of data (in the TARGET). |
