Tool is stopping after “Check all Target Work Items have the ReflectedWorkItemId field”

When I run the tool it gets to the above step, then says “DONE” with the time it took but doesn’t do anything else. No errors or anything, why’s that?

It's impossible to tell without a copy of your config and the log from the execution.

The most likely reason is that it found nothing to do.

I’ve tried running using a default config as well but still have the same results unfortunately. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Well it's not supposed to exit there!

Can you run in Visual Studio and see why it's exiting?
