I'm not sure what you mean. You can run any flat query that you like... so you can [System.Title] CONTAINS "Product A"

I'm referring to the FilterWorkItemsThatAlreadyExistInTarget function, which filters work items by their IDs. However, when transferring from one tenant to another, this might not be relevant. Is there another option similar to FilterWorkItemsThatAlreadyExistInTarget that uses the name instead of the work item ID?

It does not use ID or Name, instead we build a customer URL that represents the source. This is added to a custom field.

You can turn off the filtering if it's getting in the way. It's a nice to have and not nessesary.
