getting error while running TestPlansAndSuitesMigrationConfig

Am getting below error while running TestPlansAndSuitesMigrationConfig with below configuration. Access token provided is having full access to the project but still its failing with not authorized error. could you please help on this. Thanks

Im having a similar issue, where do you get these debug logs?

When you configure "LogLevel": "Verbose" in configuration.json file, it prints debug logs on console itself.

Odd, mine doesnt do that for some reason

You likley do not have a Licence for the Test Management tools...

Its not possible to access the API's for Test without a Test licence assigned to your account.
