This looks like a pretty old format config. Please recreate the config with devopsmigration init and bring over just the values that you want to configure.

Invlid things I noticed that are invalid on WorkItemMigrationConfig:

Oh, that's awesome. There are a few config compat issues that get weird results... Not sure we can validate for them all.

Best thing to do is always to recreate the config on a major or minor change and port the config you need access...

I bump minor if it's a small config change that should have little impact, and the majority when it's a Biggie.
