Test Plans and Suites Not Finding All Instances

Not sure where Ive gone wrong here. I have an organization that I am attempting to move a few hundred test plans off of yet when I run the processor for it, it only finds 177 test plans, which isnt even close to the full number. Im not running any queries so it should be getting all of them. No errors are being logged in VS either, its acting like everything is going on correctly.

Any advice would be appreciated

I just checked the query results and its querying all test plans even if I put a query into TestPlanQueryBit and even then its only finding 177 test plans when theres over 250 of them :/

I'm not sure whats going on here...we migrate whats reported by TFS. If its only reporting 177 then there must be a reason that the others are not reported.

Are they archived?

It seems they were archived, if I actually go and click on the test plans (which I shouldve done before making this post) I see they are listed as not existing.
