Any idea what could be wrong? Seems to work file with a simpler work item type, in the same ADO process, but not this one. Thanks.

No idea! There may have been an API change. The best bet is to debug and see what the issue is.

I've set LogLevel to debug, but the output is no more verbose than it was prior. Any idea how I'd enable more verbose output?

You would need to debug in Visual Studio. Clone the repo, open the solution, and run with your config...
