Can this tool match workitems?

Like if the workitem name is "xyz" in source and they want to map this to "abc" in target. Can we do this?

For versions prior to v16 look at:

WorkItemTypeDefinition in the config under https://nkdagility.com/learn/azure-devops-migration-tools/Reference/v1/

For versions after v16 you can use the WorkItemTypeMappingTool
