Custom.ReflectedWorkItemId is in my target project's process, but isn't found by the migration tool

I'm trying to migrate a project from one ADO org to another, but I'm stuck...

1. The source org project is using a custom version of Agile as the process; it does not have ReflectedWorkItemId defined as a custom field.
2. The target org project is also using a custom version of Agile as the process; it does have ReflectedWorkItemId defined as a custom field.
3. When I try to execute the migration, I get the following error:

I have created, deleted, and recreated the ReflectedWorkItemId field in my target org's process several times over, and confirmed each time in the ADO interface it is identified as Custom.ReflectedWorkItemId.

I don't understand why I'm getting an error.

In order for us to help you will need to provide both the log, and the configration file that you are using.

Generate and Attach Log

Steps:

1. In the Config file, change LogLevel to Debug.
2. Identify a work item ID that exhibits this issue and create a query that only selects this work item.
3. Delete any existing copy of that work item from the target.
4. Run the migration.
5. Comment here with the full Log attached as well as the full (redacted) configration file that you are using.

That check is only performed against the processor.Target.WorkItems.Project.ToProject().WorkItemTypes types...

Can you share your config?
