What's the usage of this vs migrating test plans and suites using this vs the TfsWorkItemMigrationProcessor?

You cant migrate plans and suits using TfsWorkItemMigrationProcessor. They are not work items, even if they pretend to be.

I'm trying to migrate TestPlans from the source to the target. I get no error on my cmd whenever I launch it but it doesn't detect any element to migrate and ends without producing any result. I'm honestly a bit lost with this doc and the one here

It seems the process does happen, it goes through the nodes and all, but I get no data on the destination. What could be a possible reason ? The Work Items have been migrated, did a few times the mapping process, although I might have done something wrong ... I honestly don't know what the problem is and am running out of ideas.

Can you tell me why the node structure mapping doesnt work? I want to migrate Test Plans to a target project with a different project name but always get an error

The regex you provided does not match the string in the error.

Because your pattern is case-sensitive and the cases do not line up.

Your regex:

^VeHiKle\\LRO(.*)$

Your test string:

VeHiKLe\LRO

🔍 What’s wrong

The pattern uses:

VeHiKle

but the actual string is:

VeHiKLe
      ^
      different capitalisation

Regex matching is case-sensitive unless you turn on case-insensitive mode.

✔ Fix options

1. Use case-insensitive mode (simplest)

2. Match the exact case of the string
