Does this tool not migrate repos?

I have been looking at option to migrate our ADO Projects from 1 organization to another
Each project contains any where from 50 - 250 repositories
My initial review of this toolset looks like I cannot use this to migrate/synchronize each projects repositories between organisations

Am I interpretating this correctly?
If so, what recommendations do you have to accomplish this task

Correct. Git Repos can be migrated and synched out of the box with some powershell to automate.

It is a good ask... just not one we get often.
