The file system endpoint was never implemented. What's the use case? |

I'm trying to utilize the
FileSystemWorkItemEndpoint
Endpoint to save / dump Work Items from the Source ADO Org and Project to the local FileSystem @C:\temp\wi
path, however I'm having trouble figuring out the right Processor(s) for this.Initially, I tried to lean on the config outlined in #1418, however it isn't accepted anymore by the
16.x
version of the Tools. Here's the config I patched up for the test (I understand there's no WI query specified etc, but this is just to get the syntax / flow accurate before going full on), using the
WorkItemTrackingProcessor
. Per the documentation, it should support theFileSystemWorkItemEndpoint
Endpoint:Unfortunately, the above doesn't work, not being happy with the
TfsTeamProjectEndpoint
Endpoint Type:I also tried to use the
TfsWorkItemMigrationProcessor
Processor, but that one doesn't support theFileSystemWorkItemEndpoint
Endpoint:I'd appreciate an example config that does the job.
Thanks in advance! 😊
