I am working on a very closed down system (no internet connectivity) so I think the FileSystemWorkItemEndpoint can save our day. But - don't know how to configure the target endpoint.

When running this configuration i get -- The configuration entry at 'MigrationTools:Processors' did not pass validation!
Please check the following failures:
-The Endpoint 'Target' specified for TfsWorkItemMigrationProcessor is of the wrong type! TfsTeamProjectEndpoint was expected.

Unfortunately, it was never implemented.

I'm working on a new version of the tool that will ude the filesystem and be able to do what you want, but its not there yet.
