TFS -> Azure Dev Ops migration config

Hi,

I have a question regarding the configuration file for migrating my TFS server to Azure DevOps. Our legacy project is currently hosted on TFS, and we’d like to migrate everything—work items, repositories, pipelines, and permissions—to Azure DevOps.

I’ve reviewed the documentation, but I’m still not sure how to properly set up the config file for this migration. Is such a migration possible at all with Azure DevOps Migration Tools?
