Migrate Users into Teams

Hello,

I am currently successful in migrating a project from one organization to another, along with all of the teams originally created in the source project.

My question is, with v16, are we able to populate the users into their respective teams on the target project?

The users of the associated work items exist in the target project however, they are not being added to their respective teams. Curious to know if this is doable or not.
