Could you please provide a more detailed query as I am not sure what is not happening?

If you mean that when you rerun the tool, it's not syncing across new changes when you have UpdateCreatedDate and UpdateCreatedBy in false, then this is the correct behaviour as revisions in the source need to be a higher date than the target or they get filtered out. Its not advisable to use UpdateCreatedDate and UpdateCreatedBy in false as that feature is there to support TFS 2008.

I've removed UpdateCreatedDate and UpdateCreatedBy as they were obviously confusing. They were only there to handle versions of TFS that do not support setting the date in past for a revision. I have added a ProductVersion field on the Target that now controls this with options of OnPremises (default), OnPremisesLegacy and Cloud...

I need that the CreatedBy and CreatedDate have a new audit data, new person that creater and new date. Now this fields are copys of origin Backlog.

Now copy the date and user of source, for each item.

Can you expand, as that's not making any sense. What do you want the outcome to be?

It allows migrating Azure DevOps projects. Currently, when we perform a migration (copying the source template project to the target), it does not update the fields createdDate and CreatedBy, since these fields should be new because new items are created. The fields are the originals from the source template.
