On Premise To Services Migration

I used this script successfully to migrate Work Item Types from Services To Services. I've modified it to reflect an On Premise to Services migration. Will this script work for an On Prem migration to Services? Do the EndpointTypes need to be modified in any way?

I take it that you used AI to create this? The reason I say that it that it has lots of made-up bits scattered through it and is a mish-mash of diferent versions.

No, actually I took pieces of suggestions on this discussion board, and other releases to get this to work. It didn't work otherwise.
By the way, great tool, the best out there by far.
