Area and Iteration paths migration switch

This was in very first versions of migration tool, then got removed. Can you bring back functionality where we have option not to go through Area and Iteration path migration?

This is the pain when you do test migrations for a large project (hundreds of nested areas and iterations) and you only need to see if data migrates correctly for few items. I do understand that this is a must for the first test/prod migration.

You can set ReplicateAllExistingNodes to false.
