Board Column and Custom Field is not migrating when i try to migrate from the source project

Hi Team,

When i try to migrate the workitems from the Source to Destination custom field and Board Columns are not migrating Below is my Json File. Please let me know what changes need to be done in the below JSON to get migrate the Custom Field and Board Column.
