TF237111: The current user does not have permissions to save work items under the specified area path

Hello all,

i try with make migration with a different user account (PAT) and it does not work anymore even if i checked the roles and group membership of both users, at organization and project level, to be identical, i continue to have this error with one user account.

Even at area and iteration security level, i checked the permissions to be identical.

i use the 16.2.9 version until now.

Are you a Collection Admin and do you have Bypass permission?

yes thats the bypas permission. That + Collection Admin.
