Why it can't find index.xml?

when i access from the broser,it prints like this

[W 170908 15:20:40 web:1359] 404 GET /index.xml (10.8.93.202) 0.77ms

but in the redis-live.conf folder, I can found the www folder and there is a index.xml in the folder.
