How to properly set two instances on one host

I am using 2 instances of Klipper/Mainsail on one NUC machine.
If I install telegram-bot, only one machine sends and receives messages. Strange is, that if I configure 2 instances of telegram, first machine sends messages to both of them (even if the instances are in different folders).
But the second machine simply does not communicates.

Is there any special settings for multiple instances? I was reading the install manual several time and cannot figure it out
