[Bug]: `libuv1` not available via apt, use `libuv1t64` instead

What happened and in what context?

I don't know the ins and outs but when installing via KIAUH, we get an error saying libuv1 is not available and to use libuv1t64 instead. I updated the install script with libuv1t64 and it seems to proceed.

I'm running Trixie.
